We had the pleasure of welcoming two classes from the Anne-Sophie Pic hotel and tourism college in our production workshops.

It was an enriching day, full of sharing. Every student walked away with a jar of Esprit Gourmand chocolate spread.

We are proud to contribute to their learning process and to pass on our know-how. A big thank you to all the students and their pastry teacher Johan Gagnard, for their visit !
